Worship Services
Each week many events take place at the church.

SUNDAY

Sunday School - 9:30 AM

  • Children (these classes are divided by ages)

  • Adult Classes

One of the easiest ways to get connected is through our Adult Sunday School.

Fellowship Time - 10:30 AM
This is a time for coffee, rolls and fellowship in the Coffee Room

Children's Church - After Singing in Worship Service - 4 yrs old through 2nd Grade
Worship of God is commanded in scripture.  It is just as important for kids to worship God as it is for adults. In Children's church, we provide a kid friendly environment to teach them about true worship.

Worship Service - 10:45 AM
One inescapable fact of life is that we were created to worship. This can be seen most clearly in our bent toward what we might call, "praise." C.S. Lewis understood this when he wrote of how we praise everything from nature's beauty, foods, hobbies and spouses to books and scholars. Still, there is no lovelier praise than the one that rises up in the heart for what is most praiseworthy. At Shannon Forest, we gather together on Sunday morning to do just that--offer God our highest praise in a contemporary setting where the church's best traditions are honored.

 

Get to know us through our Inquirer's Class. If you would like to learn about the beliefs, doctrines and areas of emphasis which define our ministry, then this class is for you. We also explore the opportunities for ministry at Shannon Forest. This is our new members class, (although you don't have to join) and required for anyone seeking to join our church.  Classes begins in September, December and March.

WEDNESDAY

Dinner
Dinner is served in the church gym lunchroom from 5:45--6:30 PM. Reservations must be made by noon Tuesday.  (Does not meet in the summer)

Children's Events
No Wednesday activities in the summer.

Covenant Groups
Several of our Covenant Groups meet at the church from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
